Starbucks has made several new changes since their racial bias training earlier this month. The coffee chain has officially announced the President of Ariel Investments, Mellody Hobson, will be named the vice chairman of Starbucks on June 26.
Hobson is a Chicago native and has been a member of the Starbucks’ board of directors since 2015. She has also served on the Groupon , Estee Lauder, and DreamWorks boards.
We look forward to see what changes and great attributes Hobson brings to the table.
