To the Bey Hives’ surprise, Beyoncé released a new song entitled “Juneteenth” in honor of Juneteenth. The starlet took to Instagram to announce her new hit which was co-written by her husband Jay-Z, Akil King, Brittany Coney, Densia Andrews, Kim Krysiuk, and Rickie Tice.
“Happy Juneteenth Weekend! I hope we continue to share joy and celebrate each other, even in the midst of struggle. Please continue to remember our beauty, strength, and power. ‘Black Parade’ celebrates you, your voice, and your joy and will benefit Black-Owned small businesses”, she stated.
