Francisca Lachapel and Francesco Zampogna had their wedding at the church this Friday, May 6, with the company of their loved ones, in an elegant ceremony in La Romana, Dominican Republic.
The host of Wake up America celebrated her wedding like a real princess. Her mother, Divina Montero, walked down the aisle and she carried a picture of her father in her bouquet.
Lachapel wore three spectacular wedding dresses, one at the reception, a white dress to walk down the aisle, and a short dress to enjoy the party. Once at the altar, she said her vows in front of their family and friends.
“I do not promise to be the perfect woman, but what I do promise you is that I will never give up on our relationship,” she said. “I know what uncertainty is, feeling lost, I know what it’s like to have someone kill your dreams, I also know that side. Dreams come true. It may sound trite, but it’s true,” she continued.

Once the party started at a fancy but vintage venue, the Mexican group Camila first presented the romantic song “Todo Cambió” while the couple danced.
The groom was responsible for the drinks, and he put on the menu a list of different liquors including red and white wine, champagne, prosecco, cava, vodka, whiskey, and gin.
The decoration of the wedding was romantic but at the same time chic. The venue had many flowers, candles, and crystals. The couple used more than 300 orchids and various flowers imported from Ecuador and Italy, such as roses and tulips.
The couple has been legally married since 2019 when they had a secret and small wedding in Florida. They put on hold the wedding at the chapel amid the pandemic and this year they finally decided to take another step in their marriage.
