Jake Paul has revealed via Twitter that he has agreed to fight British boxer Tommy Fury, due to be in the UK in February next year.
The pair had a feisty interaction when they were both in Dubai, they both said how they were happy to fight in the ring together. John Fury, father of Tommy, made a ‘verbal agreement’ with Paul’s team.
The confirmation of the fight was then made on Twitter, with Paul giving Fury and the rest of his team to sign the contracts within 7 days of this.
Over the past 12 months, two fights between the two of them have already fallen through, so fans are keen to see if this one goes ahead.
Fury has previously responded on Twitter to Paul saying ‘’Dear Jake Paul, I am glad to see you have agreed to the location and time, now you can tell your team to get round the table and negotiate properly instead of trying to hide behind the old terms/agreements put in place two years ago,’’
Fury has previously pulled out due to a rib injury, last December, rescheduled for June of this year.
The second fight was due to Fury and his team getting stopped from boarding a plane at Heathrow airport.
Looks like third time may be the charm this upcoming February!
