It’s almost been a year since Jesy Nelson announced that she was departing from the rest of the Little Mix girls after nine years of being together. However, the time has come where Jesy moves into her next era of her music career. After recently deleting all of her Instagram posts, fans suspected that soon we would expect something great!
It seems like the time has come for Jesy to share with us her new chapter of her music career, starting off by collaborating with the iconic Nicki Minaj.
The clip Jesy first released was her and her backing dancers in rehearsals, smiling at the camera with a full set of gold grills. Nicki also is heard saying ‘’it’s the UK baddie and the Barbie’’ as part of the song.
Posting the announcement via Instagram, Jesy captioned the post with ‘’Do you think they’re ready for this? @nickiminaj #Boyz’’
The teaser went down well with fans and followers, with nearly a million likes as well as it going off in the comments section by not just the beloved fans, but fellow celebrities too!
With the lead up to the single approaching, fans spotted Jesy shooting the music video in London, with snippets of Nicki Minaj’s verse heard too, leaving more speculation with what was to come.
