Love Island is back on our screen this summer, with a fresh new cast of villa hotties.
With Maya Jama continuing to host the latest season, she has said how the viewers will be choosing who couples up with who.
But who are the 10 new contestants, ready to find love…
First up we have Beautician Ruchee Gurung, 24 from Sutton
In an interview Ruchee has said how she gets the ‘’ick if she sees a guy wearing white jeans and red trainers’’ and also hates guys with no ambition. She says how important fashion is to her, so hopefully she is matched up with a fellow fashionista!
Molly Marsh, 21 from Doncaster
Molly is a musical theatre performer as well as a social media creator. Stardom runs through the blood with her mum being a Coronation Street soap star.
Molly has also said she has visited the Love Island villa before for work, and now she will actually be living there!
Catherine Agbaje, 22 from Dublin
Catherine is an estate agent in Dublin, when describing herself she said she is ‘’fun, flirty and never boring’’ and ‘’always has a smile on her face’’, so lets see if that’s tested during her time in the villa!
Ella Thomas, 23 from Glasgow
Ella is a supermodel (if you cannot tell) and has already been described as ‘’breath-taking to look at’’. Let’s see if she takes anyone’s breath away in the villa.
Last of the girls is Jess Harding, 22 from London
Another beautician! Jess is a salon owner and has been described as ‘’one of the most glamorous islanders ever’’. However, she seems to have quite a few no-no’s when it comes to men. She has said she is not a fan of boys having lunchboxes ‘’just go to Tesco and get a meal deal’’!
Now for the boys…
Tyrique Hyde, 24
Tyrique is a semi – professional footballer Essex boy, who has promised to bring ‘’vibes, confidence, good energy and honesty’. Tyrique has opened up about how he is deaf in his right ear and has a tattoo next to his left ear to symbolise strength and power in his good one.
George Fensom, 24
George is a business development executive from Bedford, saying how he would love to see the likes of Megan Fox in the villa, or Anne Hegerty from The Chase, ‘’not to crack on with but I’d have a laugh with her’’. It seems his type is on different ends of the scale.
Mehdi Edno, 26
Communications manager from London and Bordeaux, he reckons he can impress the girls with his knowledge of languages. He said he would ‘’simply start by speaking French’’, apparently that normally works.
Next up is Mitchel Taylor, a 26-year-old from Sheffield.
Mitchel is a gas engineer, and says that his best feature is his teeth, ‘’they’re real, they’re not fake’’. Mixing it up a little bit too, he says that he wants some spice in the villa, if he gets a nice girl ‘’he’s gonna get bored’’.
Andre Furtado, 21
Andre is an Instagram star, as well as a fashion design who has been described as the ‘’perfect signing’’.
Andre has said love comes very easily to him so hopefully he finds it just as easy with the casting of his potential partner.
Love Island is officially back on our screens 12th June.
