Kendrick Lamar has a biography in the works with Touchstone books. The book will be called “The Butterfly Effect: How Kendrick Lamar Ignited the Soul of Black America”.
The author Marcus J. Moore, says the biography “centers on three albums good kid, m.A.A.d city, To Pimp a Butterfly, and Damn and examines how Lamar charted a personal and societal awakening in America. It details how his story directly connects to the charged spirits of art & revolution”.
The book is said to focus on Lamar’s rise to fame in the hip hop culture as well as his impact.
Moore has yet to give an expected release date.
